MLM leaders should radiate enough positive energy to influence the members of his or her team.

If you seem to be a very passive and unenthusiastic leader then they will look for others who are evident to be capable of inspiring others into action.

2. Has no direction and vision.

Prospective leads want a leader who knows where the business is heading.

If you don’t have this clear vision of what you should do in order to get the business from Point A to Point B then no one would want to be under your leadership.

3. Not open-minded.

Some leaders aren’t open to suggestions from the members of the downline organization and are a big let-down to the members. Being a leader isn’t about dominating everyone including your downlines.

Take the time to hear what they’ve got to say and show that you respect their opinion.

This will tell them that you really value their contributions to the company.
