There are many ways to know if the MLM company you chose is not a scam and pure legit.
With all the network marketing opportunities sprouting like mushrooms, you can never be sure.
Do you want to know how to spot a genuine MLM company? Here are some of the ways.
1. Find out the longevity of the company
Has the MLM company been around for at least five years? If you don’t know it yet, 90% of networking marketing companies fail within their first two years. Some don’t even last a year.
So to make sure that you’re choosing the right company, check if it’s been around for years. The longer, the better.
2. Is there a genuine need for the product or service?
How does the product fare in the market? Are people really interested in buying it?
Or is it hard to sell? Don’t forget to consider the marketability of the MLM product before signing that registration form.
3. Check if you’re comfortable with the marketing plan
The problem of most network marketers is that they find it hard to earn immediate income. It’s the reason why they fail and give up early on.
Avoid it from happening by making sure that you’re happy with the earning opportunities before joining the MLM company.
4. Ask yourself if you really want to join
There’s a difference between a “need” and “want.” Are you joining the network marketing opportunity because you’re desperate to earn money?
Or because you’re truly passionate about the business?
Keep in mind that MLM is not a get rich quick scheme. So if you just see the company as a means to earn money without genuine interest in doing it, then don’t join.
You’re doing yourself and your upline a favor.
5. How technology-advanced is the marketing system?
Find out if the company’s marketing system is taking advantage of technology. Remember that you’ll need all the tools and resources you can get to grow your MLM business.
Does the company offer marketing tools, like: replicated website, online conference training, marketing kits, etc.?
6. How strong is the sponsor support?
More than the company, you have to take your sponsor into consideration too.
Are they committed to your success? Or do they only see you as another member to fill the gap in their downline organization?
Remember that there’s a difference between a “sponsor” and a “recruiter.” If your recruiter is also a sponsor who is truly invested in help you succeed, then you’re in good hands.
Now that you know how to choose a great MLM company, it’s time to sign that registration form and climb that MLM ladder.
