Conflict is inevitable – both in our personal lives and professional lives.
In fact, it is not uncommon for conflict to arise in an organization. And your MLM organization is not an exception.
When that happens, do you have a plan of action in place to deal with it? Do you know how to settle conflict within your organization?

1. Deal with it head-on
Conflicts are easier to resolve when dealt on beforehand. Any other problem that will come from it can be prevented.
Don’t put off dealing with a conflict on your MLM team if you can do it now.
Otherwise, your organization will suffer from it. And it could hurt your organization’s overall sale performance.
2. Don’t pick sides
As an MLM leader, it’s your job to remain neutral. When two of your team members enter a disagreement, avoid choosing sides, even if you feel like agreeing to that downline you have a close relationship.
Keep yourself from doing so and hear both parties to gain a clearer and better perspective.
3. Listen and acknowledge everyone
Give each party the opportunity to tell their story. And when questioning your team, remember to use open-ended questions when you’re probing them.
Remember that you want to stay as neutral as possible. Acknowledging emotions rather than acting on them will help clear your mind.
4. Build unity within your team
What better way to deal with conflict than prevent it altogether. Encourage personal relationships within your MLM organization to minimize the chances of having conflict. One way to do it is to conduct team building seminar regularly.
It will not only develop good relationship, it will also motivate and empower your team to produce better results.
5. View conflict as an opportunity
You may not know it but there could be an opportunity in a conflict. It can be a learning opportunity to you and your team.
Since the opposing sides are intent on proving each other wrong, they are more likely to outwin each other by working their minds over time and coming up with marketing strategies that could benefit the team.
And when it happens, be sure to look on the upside in all differ
