1. Sponsor qualified leads

Do the process on a regular basis until you’ve truly become a “captain.”
3. Communicate with your up-lines
As a newbie in MLM, it’s important that you learn the ropes before you start building your organization. And who better teach you than your uplines. Since they’ve been in the industry longer than you have, they can provide insights as well as valuable tips for you to follow.
You can learn a thing or two from them when it comes to strategies in building your own network. What’s more, they will help you understand the industry better: how it works and what’s the best approach that works for it.
So don’t be afraid to talk to them. hey will be more than willing to help. After all, they have vested interest in your success.
