Success didn’t come overnight to successful people.
And as a blogger who is working toward that goal, you of all people should know that.
Of course, it doesn’t mean that success cannot be achieve. Just one way to do that is to increase your productivity.
That said, these are the things successful people do in order to increase their productivity.
They don’t work in their comfort zone.
If you think succcessful people work on their comfort zone, think again.
How did you think they manage to be stress and financially free? What they did is try new things and expand their horizons.
Of course it wasn’t easy. They probably underwent a lot of stress and anxiety since they’re not working in a low, controlled environment.
But at the end of the day, what’s important is that their efforts paid off.
They make sure to learn something first.
These people didn’t find success without learning first.
Learning should be your number one priority if you want to be productive and successful at the same time. Keep in mind that successful people strive to continue learning new things and expanding on things that they already know.
If they stopped learning, then the only thing they could have done was to settle with what they already knew; if they settled for that, then there was no way they managed to expand their minds.
Expansion, had been after all, an essential on the path to their success.
They don’t fear asking for advice.
Asking for advice is not always easy. It makes you feel ignorant and clueless. Which doesn’t bode well to your goal to become the “go-to” person in your niche.
But guess what? There’s nothing wrong with asking for advice. In fact, you can use a good advice, especially if you’re clueless on what you’re doing.
There are only so many things that you can learn. And you can’t figure everything out yourself.
You may not know it, but the person you’ll be asking advice from can be very well be the person who can give you the one you need to succeed.
They don’t multitask.
If you think multi-tasking will help to increase your productivity, you’re wrong.
It may speed up the process of the task at hand. But think of the end result. Was it up to quality? Probably not.
Successful people are very aware of that. They know that in multi-tasking, you’re limiting your ability to fully focus on one specific task at a time. Successful people utilize the talents and abilities that they have by focusing it on one task and one task only.
The end result? Better than what they expected.
